Manage reception duties - greeting clients, handling calls & maintaining a polished front-of-house experience Prepare client documentation, correspondence, proposals and invoices Support partners and senior staff with diary management, meeting prep & administrative tasks Assist with onboarding, maintaining client records and ensuring ATO/ASIC compliance Coordinate meeting rooms, travel bookings & internal scheduling Monitor workflow and assist with firm-wide administration Get involved in team initiatives, process improvements & ad hoc projects About You 12 months experience in an accounting or professional services environment Exposure to systems such as Xero, MYOB, CAS360 or FYI Docs Confident, polished communication skills and a professional demeanour Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing priorities Enjoy being both client-facing and operationally hands-on Why You’ll Love It You’ll work with warm, approachable partners, be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, and enjoy a role that blends structure with variety.
